“What’s the best way to lose weight fast?” It’s the most googled question and I get it. I’ve always fluctuated with my weight. My weight goes up and down because I love great food and I can’t moderate. The keto diet has been helpful, but I have still struggled with my weight. A couple years ago I tried Apple Cider Vinegar and it worked! However, I had too much vinegar and couldn’t stomach the thought of ACV anymore. Recently I stumbled across this post from January 2017 and got excited. Back then I was definitely leaner. So I researched a more proportionate way to approach apple cider vinegar for weight loss. Here’s what I’m doing now.
The process is easy.
I use 1 liter of water and drink some of it. Then count 1 one thousand and 2 one thousand (which is 2 tablespoons worth) as I pour the vinegar in the water. It’s important to shake the vinegar before you pour. Then again vigorously shake the water with the vinegar until it fizzes slightly.
After my coffee, I drink this 1-liter combination throughout the morning.
Try to rinse your mouth with water bc the vinegar can be harsh on your teeth enamel.
I repeat the same process either in the afternoon or before bedtime.
