Avocado Prosciutto Bites: Appetizer, Snack or Side Dish
Avocado Prosciutto Bites are yet another reason I love cooking on Keto. It’s much easier to be creative using fats because of the tremendous amount of flavor in fat. Even if you’re not doing low carb, these avocado prosciutto bites are delicious, easy and healthy.
Complimentary flavors. So simple and So good. Have you ever tried just rapping a little prosciutto around a piece of avocado? This has been a favorite grab and go for me recently. Granted when I make it just for myself, I don’t bother with the party pics, and it still holds its shape.
What you need.
All you need are chef scissors, avocado, and prosciutto. Party pics are optional.
Tips + How I Do it.
I’ve found that the thinner the ham is, the better. And I like this particular brand. If the prosciutto is too thick, it’s harder to wrap. It still tastes good, but it’s just not as “pretty.”
