An easy way to wear a black cape ~ with highwaisted pants and a romantic blouse

Don’t you just love it when you put something together it really works?  This is an outfit consisting of  all my favorites pieces. I love this simple cape, especially with the pants that make my short legs look 12 inches longer. I think this look is the right balance of elegant with a little edge.

I am attaching links of copies of these shoes. The duplicates look so similar that I wish I had seen them before buying the Channel shoes.
